Fidel Castro

Fidel Castro was the ruler of Cuba from 1959 until 2006, though he officially relinquished power in 2008. He spent his days as a communist dictator, located only 90 miles off of the coast of the United States. As you can imagine, that was extremely frightening for the United States, even though Castro led an island about the size of the Branch Davidian complex in Waco.

Fidel Castro was upset that he never made it as a major league baseball player. He turned that frustration into a revolution, so there's still hope for Mark Prior.
