Hugo Chavez

Hugo Chavez has charasmatically been president of Venezuela since 1999. Chavez has made a reputation in the ELL by granting himself a little job security and making the occassional anti-American rant. He has expanded the influence of oil-rich Venezuela in Latin America and has begun to form a bloc of like-minded leaders to fight what they call American imperialism.

He has invented a term called Chavismo, which means: an effective leader, who is extremely suave with the ladies, even if those same ladies don't realize it until after the deed is done. The closest English translation is: rapist.
